Chat Functionality Added to CWTSatoTravel.com

Chat is here! To enhance the services we provide to our Military and Government travelers, we are excited to announce that we have added a new chat functionality available to access via desktop or on-the-go via mobile friendly display. Chat is available Monday-Friday from 6am-6pm CST. 

Chat provides our travelers with a quick and easy way to:

  • Cancel your trip
  • Request a copy of your invoice
  • Change reservation (Navy, Army CONUS, Marine Corps and Air Force, no LICWO) 
  • Reserve a rental car 
  • Resolve a credit card issue; expiration or limit change 
  • Request an invoice 
  • Request a refund 
  • Check the status; reservation, ticket, or refund 
  • Request an early ticket 
  • Request assistance for a trip stuck in "CTO status" in DTS
