It has been brought to our attention that some itineraries have an incorrect toll free number (1-800-468-2863) listed to contact for emergencies or after hours travel. Please DO NOT USE THIS NUMBER. CWTSatoTravel does not use that number; after we cancelled that number, we have since learned that our telephone vendor may have provided that to a third party that is not associated with CWTSatoTravel. That third party is trying to charge travelers for any cancellation requests. We advise DoD travelers to not provide that third party with any information. INSTEAD, USE THE NUMBER FOR YOUR CWTSATOTRAVEL OFFICE THAT PROVIDES SERVICES DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
