In the midst of hurricane season, keeping travelers safe is our number one priority. We are advising all travelers to check the status of their flights and lodging reservations as cancellations are widespread. In many cases, hotels and airlines will waive modification or cancellation penalties for travelers in the affected areas. The areas currently under a state of emergency are: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.
See below for the latest information from the major hotel and airline companies.
If you are planning to cancel your trip, please email cwtsatocancellations@cwtsato.com and include your CWTSatotravel invoice or flight details. We will be able to address your request as quickly as possible from there without the added stress of waiting on the phone. If you need to modify your existing reservation, please contact your travel office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
