New Chat Function on CWTSatoTravel Website

Need to cancel an upcoming trip, or request copy of your itinerary/invoice? Chat with us! Available to access via desktop or on-the-go, we are excited to provide this functionality for our travelers and minimize time spent on the phone and managing your travel plans. We understand that your time is valuable and believe implementing chat will allow you to make the most of it.

No more sitting on hold waiting to have a quick process worked.

The chat feature is available is available Monday-Friday from 7 am – 6 pm CDT. The chat feature is not available yet on Saturday and Sunday.

Since its initial launch late October 2021, the Chat team has conducted over 46,000 chats with our clients, diverting those requests from phone calls to the TMC.
